More About Me
Owner Paul Russell CPsychol
I am a chartered psychologist who qualified via the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (CASES). I am also recognised by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have been qualified and practising for over 25 years.
My last role was Head of Performance Psychology and Mental Health in Premier League football. Before this, I worked at 1st team level with a Premier League Football Club and as a National Psychologist for numerous Team GB Olympic sports, including Boxing, Olympic Wrestling, and GB Water Polo, in preparation for several Olympic cycles. I have also worked extensively in elite professional boxing and MMA, professional cricket, Rugby Union and League, and various elite athletes from other sports. I am passionate about developing a supportive learning community for applied practitioners worldwide where the skills and knowledge of our applied work can be shared and discussed.
